About the Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-end commercial fitouts in and around the Melbourne CBD. You will be the key figure on site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
You will be supported by experienced and approachable project teams (including CA’s and Project Managers) who operate from a head office based in Melbourne’s inner east.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations for high-end commercial fitouts (typically $2M - $10M+).
Lead site safety, ensuring all WHS standards are met and maintained.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, leveraging established relationships.
Maintain program timelines and ensure quality control throughout the delivery phase.
Liaise between the site and the head office project management team.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering quality finishes.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the commercial fitout sector.
A strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and safety compliance.
The ability to build rapport with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with excellent communication skills.
Relevant qualifications (Carpentry background preferred) and a current First Aid certificate.
